Since 1998 Dowling Homes has been serving our community by designing and crafting distinctive homes for families. Our focus for each project is to create spaces that are as inspiring as they are aesthetically pleasing. Alchemy is the medieval quest to transform base metal into gold. This word describes precisely what we strive to achieve with each project. Typically all homes are built using common materials such as brick, 2x4’s, drywall, etc…, The key to achieving the gold in home building is coordinating all the elements through thoughtful design and carefully chosen color and texture.
